2010 Day Camp sessions offered for first-year campers including the Saturday Safari Sleepover are:

July 12th -18th
July 26th - Aug 1st
Aug 9th - 15th

Second-year campers - your session is June 28th - July 3rd
(The Saturday Safari Sleepover will still be offered to families and campers that wish to stay over to the morning of the 4th)

The 2010 Camp Schedule:

Camp starts at 10:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm daily, Monday through Friday, and the fun and fantastic week ends with a Safari Sleepover “Campout” on Saturday night.

Each day the campers meet different wild and wonderful exotic animals, learn about the mysterious foreign lands from which they come, and learn about what it takes to care for them here in the wild and wooly land of Roundup, Montana. They will then create their own artistic version of the animals as a keepsake to show friends and family as they share what they have learned.

Wednesday of each session is Montana Wilderness Day where campers go on a nature hike and have a close-up look to see what kind of local critters, plants and bugs they can find.

On Saturday all campers who wish to, may stay with us for the Saturday Safari Sleepover!  A “campout” overnighter (with all of the comforts of home) that includes a fun night of storytelling, marshmallow roasting, and movies, animal movies of course (!) on a big screen TV right out under the stars! 

Sunday camp ends at 11:00 am and parents, siblings and friends are welcome to come and let their very own, newly trained, star exotic wildlife guides give them a tour and show off their new knowledge of the big world around us.

Last year our final art project was ostrich and emu egg nite-lites and they were AWESOME!  This year we promise to have something as equally unique and exciting in store for our campers!
